Brand Manager Consumer Tissue SEE
We are currently looking for a Brand Manager Consumer Tissue (CT) South East Europe (SEE) for our Consumer Goods Region Central East business unit.
About the Role
As Brand Manager Consumer Tissue, you are responsible for our brand ZEWA in SEE (Romania, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Adriatics). Consumer Tissue is an essential category in the Essity portfolio and consists of three sub-categories – Bathroom Tissue (BRT), Household Towels (HHT) and Hankies & Facials (HAFA).
You are responsible for developing and executing the local 360° marketing plans. All activation strategies on brand, channel and product level should be in accordance with global strategies and marketing priorities and are based on a strong sustainability foundation.
Key priority is to ensure Zewa´s growth in the respective markets. You are not only coordinating product launches and innovations, activating our ATL and digital communication, but also managing the interfaces to product development, sales and shopper marketing.
The position reports to the Marketing Manager Consumer Tissue SEE.
What You Will Do
Marketing responsibility for the Consumer Tissue categories (BRT, HHT and HAFA) within the Region SEE to drive ZEWA’s development, improving brand strength and position in the SEE markets.
Develop Go-to-Marketing plan for Zewa brand / channel / product for the area of responsibility in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans, in alignment with sales and customer marketing.
Execute agreed marketing activities like launches or ATL, BTL including digital communication activities
Cooperate with and lead external agencies (Digital, Design, Media, PR) and continuously evaluate them
Propose and manage optimal assortment and corresponding pricing
Develop and align BTL and other marketing activities with other communication activities
Manage assigned regional (SEE) Consumer Tissue A&P budget in alignment with the Regional Marketing Manager and within regional priorities.
Contribute to the regional brand development work and support the Regional Marketing Manager in representing the SEE region in overarching topics/projects.
Manage product launch process (incl. post-launch) according to agreed plan and within assigned budget. Maintain records of sales volume, revenues and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts
Ensure collection of brand/product/channel related insights and consider them in the definition of the go to market strategy
Ensure adequate internal and external communication in case of quality issue
Who You Are
University or college degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
Min. 3-5 years of work experience in branded FMCG Marketing – additional Sales experience is of advantage.
Experience in digital communication (owned, earned, paid)
Experience in project management, driving initiatives via collaboration in a line and matrix organization.
Self-reliant, organized, hands-on and customer-oriented way of working
Very good planning and problem-solving skills, agile mindset
Strong team player and communicator with good interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as Nielsen and SAP BW
Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads/Search Console is of advantage.
